    Recent Study founds high reps (25-35 rep) and low load is much more effective

    Hello Everybody,

    A recent study (Jan 2016) by "Asian J Sports Med" shows that hight rep (25-35 rep) with low load is much beneficial to increase Volume Load. again, it's beneficial to increase strength but not Muscle Mass.

    Low load to increase volum load. Whats volum load?...didnt understand this.
    High reps are great for volum when cycling. Max pump, stretching the foscia.
    For a natty i guess the middle range is best for volum.
    And what is stronger?..beeing able to do more reps?

    So barely lift more then the fucking air around you or the bar even. And this will increase strength. Ughhhmm yeah don't put all your eggs in one basket as they say. I'm sure a different workout here and there will help but fuck all that. I've heard of string men competitors doing light weight high reps to get the Latic acid built up. Beyond that. Yeah...who knows. I try things out myself trial and error. Rather not thinking and going on some study. Studies always change if you haven't noticed

    Different for all. 4 sets of ten is best for mass gain for me. If the math is off the last set may turn into fifteen reps. Some are better of with less.
