5K buys a lot of ammo. I have been told that I need to cool it with buying any more guns for a bit. But when a good deal hits, I buy it. Why I also keep the cash in the wallet that the MRS does not have to know about. Never know when someone over extends themselves and you can pick up a gun like this for 2K or less.

Super straightforward workout today. Due to my injured shoulder late last year I did not do snatches for 4 months and that showed today. 15 failed attempt on a low weight before I finally skipped it and moved on.

How do your knees hold up to 24” box jumps?? Between my back and knees, I would not be very good at this.

230 this morning, that's 16lbs lost! I know I'm losing muscle, and probably not the best strategy to win the comp, but I'm more focused on my long term goal. Plus since my back not letting me work out, losing weight by dieting is really all I can do. I'm sure coming off a long cycle is the reason for some of my weight loss. If back better, I will probably run winny last four weeks

I’m not having a good week weight wise. I ended last week at 201.3. This week I have trended up to 205 on the dot this morning. I’ve got to reevaluate my training, diet and cardio regime to see where it’s gone wrong.
None of that shit worked for me.

Whenever you are in this kind of situation, theres the contemplative and rational way of evaluating things, but don't forget that whatever you have accomplished was done by upping the ante. Testicular fortitude. If you bust your balls like you haven't before, you will reach what you haven't before.
Bro, you have bodybuilding competition experience (others too in here actually). The expectations from you are higher. :)
Be smart and do less volume if you're going HIT as discussed in here before. Working with tired stabilizing muscles is what always made me pull muscles here and there. After the initial sets you are less tight in your posture and you move less rigidly. Cut back on the volume is my opinion and keep tight in everything you do, from all your years of training your CNS can work much better such that you can control your moves precisely in any exercise, keep that in mind and think of movement execution even when training on machines. And you can use that to attempt more reps even when you seemingly did that last one that barely got to full ROM, and then again, and again, rest pause/drop sets et.c...
