Charger69 ‘s road to Mr Mexicali- 3 weeks out
I decided to start a log on my three week diet, workout and feelings as I prepare for Mr Mexicali.
I am a wannabe bodybuilder at 51 yo. I am not breaking into the IFBB this year so if you are looking for that, this is not your thread. I am really an average guy that is not willing to let his age dictate how he looks or feels and is not afraid to go up against the young ones . There is always someone bigger and better which just makes me more determined.
I will post a little later, but here are pics of where I am.

Up at 3 am
Breakfast-8 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
Morning Workout:
Scott curls ss rope tri pushdown 15,12,10,8
Incline dB curl ss incline dB tri extension
High pulley bicep curl ss rev grip z bar tri pulldown. 15,12,10,8
Occlusion training
Db curl ss pulley tri extension
10 minutes posing
2 Nd meal- 150 g chicken breast, 1/2 cup broccoli
I am retaining a lot of water so I am going to try and up my water consumption. Trying to get my system to turn on the valve to get rid of the water.
I just dropped the prop because of water.

Winnie-100 (just upped it from 50)
Halo-just started 20 mg- I just dropped the var
T3-100
I am taking atenolol for bp and Cialis for prostrate.
I have no experience with Halo. Any experience that you have had would be helpful.
