Charger69 ‘s road to Mr Mexicali- 3 weeks out
I decided to start a log on my three week diet, workout and feelings as I prepare for Mr Mexicali.
I am a wannabe bodybuilder at 51 yo. I am not breaking into the IFBB this year so if you are looking for that, this is not your thread. I am really an average guy that is not willing to let his age dictate how he looks or feels and is not afraid to go up against the young ones . There is always someone bigger and better which just makes me more determined.
I will post a little later, but here are pics of where I am.

I'm following too, you're 5 years older than I am and I can't imagine ever getting anywhere close to your physique. What's your history? How long have you been lifting?

Breakfast-8 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
Morning Workout:
Scott curls ss rope tri pushdown 15,12,10,8
Incline dB curl ss incline dB tri extension
High pulley bicep curl ss rev grip z bar tri pulldown. 15,12,10,8
Occlusion training
Db curl ss pulley tri extension
10 minutes posing
2 Nd meal- 150 g chicken breast, 1/2 cup broccoli
I am retaining a lot of water so I am going to try and up my water consumption. Trying to get my system to turn on the valve to get rid of the water.
I just dropped the prop because of water.
Tren -700
Mast-700
Winnie-100 (just upped it from 50)
Halo-just started 20 mg- I just dropped the var
T3-100
I am taking atenolol for bp and Cialis for prostrate.
I have no experience with Halo. Any experience that you have had would be helpful.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I respectful disagree. You're living a life many people want but don't have the courage, strength, or mental fortitude to see it through like you do. I hate to tell you this, but you're an inspiration. Guess that makes you kind of a big deal

Oh boy they had a celebration at work and they had pizza. Why pizza? I f’ing love pizza. I do not enjoy food except peanut butter and pizza. I instead ate my 200 gyms of chicken, 1 cup of spinach and 3 asparagus.
Meal 4 150 gm chicken breast
Meal 5 1 cup Greek yogurt.
Evening workout
20 min HIIT
Fire arms- forearm curl on bench 4x15
Db rev forearm curl 4x12
Behind the leg forearm curl 4x12
Occlusion training - low pulley forearm curl 30,15,15,15
Occlusion training - 5 minutes bike
10 minutes posing
10 minutes sauna
Diet is a little ad how since I didn’t cook as normal.

I lost 1.3 kg. Yesterday morning. Yesterday I did back in the morning. I had someone at the gym say” hey dude your back is huge. You have that perfect V shape”. Obviously, that made me feel good. If you leave it up to me, I will see myself as small or find flaws .
The afternoon I did HIIT and calves. I did 4 sets of occlusion training for calves and 5 minutes of occlusion bike riding.
10 minutes of posing, 10 minutes of sauna.
I also went to the tanning booth.
I left at 4:30 am and returned home around 8 pm. Then to do homework.
Today I lost .2 kg. I was really surprised since I ate so late yesterday.
I did hams this morning.
Lying leg curl 10, 10sec contracted, 10, 10 sec, 10, 10 sec superset 1 leg standing curl 15,12,10,8
Kneeling plate leg curl 12,10,8,6 ss glute bridges 15,12,10,8
Deadlift 12,10,8,6 ss dB stiff leg deadlift 15,12,10,8
Occlusion training
Lying leg curl. 30,15,15.15
I went to the tanning salon at lunch.
I will be going to the morning gym this afternoon which means no sauna.
I am going to try officiating high school football this year and we have a meeting in the early evening.
