I am a little concerned. My life situation has effected my eating. I am losing like 2 lbs per day and I haven’t even started with the water reduction.
I may have to adjust my posing because I know that I am going to be lighter than I wanted.

I dont know comp prep.
I know that when I am puny as fuck from working I can recharge with slin faster than anything.
I know you gotta worry about water but ephed and cardio can shed that pretty quick too. You are close so I have no idea if you even have time.
Like cape said though you aint losing two lbs of muscle per day

I think that Cape is right! (When has he been wrong?). Today, i actually liked the way I looked. I just need to walk the line of loose skin. Adhust posing for that.
Im in Mexicali and it is freaking hot. Ariund 112 F today.
I will be workung out at the dungeon tomorrow. Working quads for the last time. Competition in 8 days.

Hey Charger, have you tried straightening your legs a little bit more, I think you might be able to get a little more width out of them. Maybe, maybe not but its worth a try. I used to keep mine bent more also because I had more separation that way but lost some of the outside flare.

I will try that. Any recommendations are welcome!! That’s why I am posting. There is sooooo much experience here. I am like a sponge and will try and absorb the information.
My posing will probably change this week as my body changes. I am on the fence as to whether or not I should put my arm over the abs or not..... loose skin.

Here are some sucky pics. I am still trying to find the legs perfect pose. I did these after my second cardio and second workout. I was a little drained.
I upped the water intake, upped the halo to 30 mg. I have clen , but Im going to stick with my EC stack. I also started a diurectic at 6 mg.
Fasted cardio in the morning (HIIT) followed by a full upperbody workout and then 10-15 minutes in the sauna. Same thing in the afyeernoon butnot fasted and the workout is calves.
BG- still trying to find it.

Cape/ BG- look at the second pic. It is on the toe and it seems to show the definition . I was planning on starting like that and then extending it out on the heel with the same pose. What do you think?

It sucks. I went for a body wrap today to get rid of water and I could not finish the time ..too much sweating inside and outside the gym. Feeling very weak.
I was going to work out tonight, but I just couldn’t. I pushed super hard this morning.
I am trying too hard.

I stopped training hard about 2 weeks out. I still lost some lean tissue even with easier workouts in those last 2 weeks. I wouldn’t have lifted fasted or done fasted HIT at any point in my prep.
I did my last proper lifting session about 5 days out and just a pump up session 2 days out.
The last week isn’t a time to beast yourself and risk injury. Chances are increased as we get older, are fatigued and in a deficit.
Try and relax a bit, stop breaking your body and your mind down.NO SOURCES GIVEN
