I lost 1.3 kg. Yesterday morning. Yesterday I did back in the morning. I had someone at the gym say” hey dude your back is huge. You have that perfect V shape”. Obviously, that made me feel good. If you leave it up to me, I will see myself as small or find flaws .
The afternoon I did HIIT and calves. I did 4 sets of occlusion training for calves and 5 minutes of occlusion bike riding.
10 minutes of posing, 10 minutes of sauna.
I also went to the tanning booth.
I left at 4:30 am and returned home around 8 pm. Then to do homework.
Today I lost .2 kg. I was really surprised since I ate so late yesterday.
I did hams this morning.
Lying leg curl 10, 10sec contracted, 10, 10 sec, 10, 10 sec superset 1 leg standing curl 15,12,10,8
Kneeling plate leg curl 12,10,8,6 ss glute bridges 15,12,10,8
Deadlift 12,10,8,6 ss dB stiff leg deadlift 15,12,10,8
Occlusion training
Lying leg curl. 30,15,15.15
I went to the tanning salon at lunch.
I will be going to the morning gym this afternoon which means no sauna.
I am going to try officiating high school football this year and we have a meeting in the early evening.
