    high estrogen signs

    Can you tell when estrogen is too high? I know signs of gyno is a sure way, but are there other ways? I think I heard bloating (?) was maybe one. Is bloating just excess water gain? Thanks alot bros for your help!

    Yup water gain will be one of em, itchy, puffy or sore nips will be another!

    Marbles under the nips is one as well!

    Another can be you would swear you are having a period like a woman. Most of the time what people blame on roid rage is really too much estrogen making you really have estrogen simulated PMS!!

    A lot of supps and steroids cause water gain, so if this is a warning sign, is there a way to tell a difference? I'm worried because I am holding a LOT of water right now.

    try this... crank up your radio and sing the song, "All by myself" from Celine Dion... if you can hit the high notes... then there's a problem...
