My Testex Elmu got ampole's head that differ in size from one another! Scammed? :(

I have 6 Testex Elmu left (Testosterone ciclopentilpropionate). I just notice that the head of some amp's have different sizes from one another. I mean, they look exactly the same from the yellow mark below, but the heads of the amps differ slightly in size and format. Is this a sign I have just being scammed? Are all ampoles universal in size from head to toe? Thanks for the input!
