I hit quads, delts, pecs, bis, tris, traps, and now lats. Plenty of places to run this stuff. I try to inject prop in one side and tren in the other side. Hit the same muscle you work that day.

You don't want the BS that comes with ED sticks or the BS that comes with tren .
TREN IS NOT A FIRST TIMERS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!
You really need to try changing your diet before you ever jump on gear. You won't get the benefit from the gear without the proper diet in place...trust me...I learned the hard way.
Get the diet down first, then jump on a test only cycle with nolva and l-dex to handle the bloat.
As for gaining muscle and losing fat....difficult to do. However, gear will help...once you understand the diet. I can't say this loudly enough.....diet dictates gains...whether muscle or fat. Diet is the number factor for your success.
Stay away from tren for now...it is really harsh!!!!

I had it in a word document for another bro. My comp went down...maybe I can get him to send me a copy of it and I'll send you one.
Long story short...it took alot of pain and agony to figure out how best to do it. Some flexibility is required, though not too much.

thanx guys
how does this cycle look
1-12wk test e
8-14 ananavar 40mg ed
1-pct nolva 20mg ed
1-??ldex .25 mg ed
1-?? proviron 50mg ed
with that and a very clean diet and cardio could i drop the fat and gain muscle?

Yes, but leave out the proviron . You run the nolva and L-dex all the way throught. Run the nolva at 10mg ED and the l-dex @.25mg ED. When you start pct (two weeks after the last test e shot) bump the nolva to 20mg and add in clomid @100mg for 30 days.
Use a clean diet...but get enough protein in your diet. You need lots of calories...but do it cleanly.Last edited by CAUSASIAN; 05-09-2004 at 12:15 PM.

There is no need for it in this cycle.
