I have just begun a cycle of parabolan (danabolan from thailand) and i would like to know when i will feel the 1st effect of that product ??

it's exactly one week that i have begun the cycle

i take 228mg /week

i don't take all at once but 76mg one day on /one day off/one day on...

That would be the best way, so you're doing about 266 a week. You should start to see something next week. The ester in parabolan is almost like enan but shorter.
