    Best steroids to bridge with?

    What are the best steroids to bridge with between cycles and what is the reccommended dosage?

    lots of people use 10mg dbol but i'm going to use 20mg var and pw slin next to bridge with

    Ive never used it for this purpose, but primo is suppose to be a great bridging
    drug or primo 200mg and 10mg var is supposed to be a great bridge.Let your body
    catch up to itself.
    If you are familiar with it slin is a great bridge too.

    Insulin , read alot before ever attempting to do it though.Can be
    dangerous if not used correctly(like everything).But is a good
    way to retain mass during your down time.

    i will be using 100 mg cyp ew to bridge a few 6 week cycles together.....but I will also be running it during my cycles because of the long half life

    Dbol seems to be the most popular...or at least it was not too long ago. Now it seems that a lot of guys are getting good results in between with insulin . Based on my somewhat limited knowledge, however, I would think a low dose test bridge would be ideal, since technically no bridge will ever allow you to fully recover (or else it wouldn't be a bridge, it would be PCT) you might as well stick with the foundation, imo. I know that if I'm ever at a point where I require a bridge, I'll be going the test route like damionage above.
