hey i read a post by Da Bull that vitamin B5 is great for combating acne in cycles...I am looking to buy some but wondering what type and where to get it...Im looking at some "TwinLab" B5 now...will that do the trick? Also, what doses do i need to run? thanks bros

Get any brand......... TO start you will want to work yourself up to 10g ED until the acne get's better and then back off to maintence dose.... 2 to 5g........

i haven't tried the b5 powder and wanted to get it due to it's cheap price. but, i heard that it tastes God awful no matter what you put it in. and if you put it in your protein shake, it will make the shake taste like shiett. so i didn't get it.

I got mine there too. I've just been taking a drink of juice and throwing in the powder and swollowing - OMG it's nasty!!! Is this what ya'll are doing too? I thought about capping it but my goodness that would take forever.

B-5 for acne. What about B-6 I'm fixing to take it for my tren en. 400mg a week . I heard that it would stop the gyno problem with the tren. Just wondering if it would help with acne.
