    BB Show - where should i be

    wrong forum i know...

    my thread was lost in the competition forum

    i'm 11 weeks and 5 days out from my show.

    I'm currently at about 11-10% bf, at 197, going to 176.25 for novice light weight class in a regional show...

    where should my bf be ideally?
