geez, you leave town for a couple days and your post takes off like wild fire. I saw a few scattered questions in all those posts. Bull...i take 500mcg ish of the b-12 portion per day cut w/ prop. and i dunno why everyone else is having trouble w/ calvet that is where i got my goods from. 100 ml of 6.99 250 is like 8.99 but i have sterility issues with 250 ml containers.

Dont remember who said it exactly but they mentioned taking it at night, yes it will definatly keep you going for awhile if you do. that could be a good thing though?? i woke up feeling refreshed so????

Some one mentioned something about oral type vitamins. Do this experiment. got to wal-mart and buy a small bottle of b-complex and take it in the morning. Drink your normal 1-2 gallons of water each day and record after how many hours you stop peeing bright neon yellow (thats the excretion of b-vitamins and metabolites). Then start a few shots of IM b-complex (calvet stuff is complex not just b-12), again record how many hours you pee yellow.

I think if anyone tries that the reason to use im over oral becomes apparent. Also, b-vitamins are water soluable vitamins and exhibit bi-phasic elimination i believe. basically however much you use (to a point of course) will be elimintaed in 24-48 hours regardless of dose.

Or is it supposed t take away the soreness??? Because I have been cutting my Prop with B12 for about a week and I still get a little soreness in my injection sites.

This has been the best B12 thread Ive seen. Ive searched all the b12 posts and this one answers all the questions and even has EXCELLENT links that will save me 30 dollars in one pop.
Im curious why one site sells it for SO MUCH LESS than the other. Im talking 30 dollars less and you get more of it.

the "for animals" warning is basically just a CYA for the company (pm me if anyone needs my link) selling the stuff. I assume that there is less sterility assurance issues with animal product, but no less sterility issues than QV, UG, or SL gear if you ask me. Personally i have sterility issues with a 100 ml multi use vial. In pharmacy i came to appreciate that anything over 30 ml's is risking sterility issues. What i did to appease my own imagination was break my 100ml bottle into a few 10ml sterile vials. That way you minimize your risks.

Sooner45, i use it to cut prop too and my injection sites still hurt like a MF. b-12 is supposed to help a lil, i cant imagine what it's like with out it....Maybe i'll take a b-12 less shot.

For whoever asked, the stuff i use is the B-Plus...in fact i think we have the same site. IMO there is no reason you cant get all your B vitamins from your injection...i compared them to a traditional oral b-complex and the dosages are adjusted accordingly considering better bioavailability from IM injection.

It helps in cutting the concentration of BA in the prop.If it's high in BA,you'll still get some soreness,just not as bad.

Man, B12 is awesome... I got some B12 "dots" made by Twin Lab that dissolved under your tongue... each dot is 1000mcg... works really good too... I might just use this instead of b12 injections...
