Age & Guile vs. Youth, Deca & A Bad Haircut
In order to prove a point to my young female workout partner, I made a bet with her boyfriend.
Me all natural vs. him on 6 weeks of Deca (200 mg/wk).
Against my advice he is not running any test or Nolvadex and has no Clomid on hand. (It's been a long tim since I juiced, but the vet at the track wanted happy customers so he didn't let us do stupid stuff)
The wager $100 for who has the greatest change in body composition percentage. Fat loss in pounds + muscle gained.
He doesn't know I am at my peak bodyfat, haven't done cardio in 6 months and quit eating chinese take out twice a week.
Anybody else want in on the action?

If he is on 200mg of deca a week for 6 weeks he is wasting his money and paying you money to beat. He's losing on both ends. What an idiot. lol.

not exactly, you could run 200mg, as i've had a friend do it, and cut up....if he's smart and gets some otc tribulus and keeps his sodium levels down while eating clean, i'd take him...however, ive never seen either of you so anything is possible

oh sh*t... i eat chinese take out 6 times a week...
i don't think i have a chance!
j/k... actually the take out part is true... but steamed veggies, chicken, etc... plus steamed rice with low sodium soy sauce... pretty healthy...
on top of it, plenty of protein shakes...
back to the subject, u got pics of the two of you? then we can compare whether it's kewl or not to compete...

he is only using 200mg of deca , and from what I have read and heard it usually starts to kick in at about the 6th week, so if he is only betting you for six weeks he is basically tying his own knot so to speak for that bet.

Weigh in was this morning. I spent yesterday and last night sucking down caffeine free diet coke and salted nuts to thicken up my skin and increase water weight.
It did the trick. 251 pounds at 20% bf according to the calipers. He's 190.5 at 15% bf.
The bet is total change in composition. Which is a rather amorphous concept. We settled on pounds of bodyfat lost + lean mass gained. Whoever has the highest number wins.
According to the scale and calipers, I have 50.2 pounds of bf and 200.8 pounds of lean mass. When the bet first came to me, I was 242 pounds at 17%. That gives me a 9 pound head start. Who ever heard of intentionally holding water?
My opponent has 28.5 pounds of bf and 162 pounds of lean mass.
The opponent thinks he can be at 205 pounds and 10% bf. That would be 8.5 pounds of fat lost and a gain of 12.5 pounds of muscle for a total of 21.
You are seeing that this is a rigged bet. I'm at my peak fat from the legislative session. I do this every year. Get fat during the session from all the lunches and receptions and grinding hours, then lean out during the early summer when I work less.
The real point is not the $100, but what happens to my opponent a few weeks after, when his gains fade away. I'm trying to convince his girlfriend, who is my training partner that she needs train hard for a while naturally, build up at least a little base and then try a cycle instead of shooting up right away.

Ok,,, what do both of your parents look like? Genetics will probably play the role here...A lil hard work in the gym will help too

I've never met his parents.
I'm the only one in my family who hasn't had some kind of radical weight loss surgery.
The Duodenal Switch is a family favorite
I'm 31. He's 21.
At my best after some winny in the mid 90's I was 220 @ 9% bf. Then work and making a lot of $$$ got in the way, so I scaled it back to just keeping in good shape, except during session when I tended to put on a few pounds.
Two years ago, a 10 month project that kept me in airplanes, rental cars and hotels reduced me to nothing.
Started getting serious again about this time last year. When I started back benching 185 for 10 reps was a struggle. Monday benched 300 for 9 reps. Strength wise I'm where I was back when I used.
