sore nips usually mean u are taking roids or u are pregnant, its takes a lot gear and prolonged cycles to develop gyno.

Just dont play with them and they should be fine. If you always play with them checking them out then they are gonna be sore. It doesnt always mean You are experiancing gyno. I dont have a hint of gyno. And I have had days that I think my shirt was rubbing them raw while lifting. But never a day after day persistance. If it persists than yeah that is a symptom of gyno. gyno isnt a problem for all, but some are more likely to get than others. I have had the same two boxes of nolvadex for two years now. And havnt had to use them yet. I eventually will end up taking them for part of my PCT at the end of this cycle.

If they start to itch though that is typically an indication.

that itchy/sore sign is just a precursor to the tissue development.

if you are experiencing it during cycle, start popping that nolva or you are going to develop gyno.

it must be gyno cause ive had it for a week (only slightly sore), ive been taking nolva throughout, and it has now subsided, as i say it was only very slightly sore, but i know if i never had the nolva it would be a lot worse.

oh it could always get worse. the best way to use nolva is as a preventive treatment. meaning use it at the beginning to the end.

no through pct. if your running 10mg/ed during your cycle then you need to bump it up to 20mg/ed during pct

i usually find shorter cycles are more effective, "taking little steps" 1 ml sus, 2 ml deca per wekk for 3 weeks, then 4 week break

Never seen anyone do these "short cycles" how many have you done and have you seen any results. The gear is just beginning to kick in when you stop your cycle. Where is the test and why are you running short cycles?

when i started gear i used to do long cycles, but i seemed to lose what i had gained. I get sore nipples pretty quick too. So i done short cycles and put on about 2 llb each time which i retain. I probably not as big as you guys, but look quite good.
