1 inch or 5/8 for pecs???

Would a 1 inch or 5/8 be more reasonable for pecs?? I'm at about 10% BF right now so i know I wouldnt need to go with a inch and a half but I wanted to see what most of you guys use??? Aslo, on spotinjections it looks like you just inject pretty much right in the center of the pec. Am I correct? Thanks Bro's!

yes ive done pecs....i used 25G 5/8 inch right in the center of my pec....good luck!

That's a relative question man. It does depend on your bf % but it also depends on the thickness of your pectorals. Check your inject site and make the best choice.

As far as inject sites yeah, spotinjections.com shows it right in the center but I liker to move it a little (1") to the outer portion. I think that's personal preference. Just make sure you're not injecting into your chest cavity, you know?

I use 5/8 in both my pecs its a good injection im about 12% bf
