hey guys quick qustion.
if i am shooting 700mg test prop/week.....
is 10mg nolvaex/day enough?
instead of.25 mg of i dex can i use 50mg of proviron ? same thing?

i usually run 10mg nolva and .25mg of ldex while i'm on and it seems to work for me. But i would make sure that you have extra on hand in case of gyno symptoms. And also take into account that you will need 20mg nolva during PCT. Your going to want to listen to your body to find out if 10mg of nolva is enough for you.
