No more meth but now I got a gut
I stopped using speed, and replaced working out as a fix. Its going great. Its been 6 months but I noticed in the mirror my stomach is out there. I think I streched it out or something. I liked my stomach when I was on speed I could suck in, now I got a pot belly.
How can I shrink my stomach size?

as stated, get some clean food and concentrate on your cardio. Do it first thing in the morning. Also, i was given a pretty good tip. on the subject of BCAA, CLA is useful in fat burning, but well for me at least, to use the effective dosage is too expensive, CLA is expensive and to take the required amt /ed costs a lot:|

I used to be addicted to meth. Was in the same case as you. I took it slow for a few months and just went on a good diet and did cardio. Creatine helped me somewhat aswell.

Im 225, 6'0", 17% BF, age38, bench is about 275, arms are 17", first cycle is :
wk 1-10 sust 500mg a week (e3d)
wk 1-10 deca 400mg
wk 1-13 nolva 10mg
wk 13-16 PCT with clomid and nolva
I've been on the forum for a while, I know the brothers care thats why I posted this out there, and some of the brothers are so impressive with thier knowledge. This stomach thing has really been getting to me as far as esteem goes. But the workouts and improved physique keeps me going.

Hey x nice work on the meth thing. Is it just me or would anyone else like to have those stats fresh off the tweak? The belly thing happended to a buddy of mine, I have no medical idea as to why it happens but you see alot of skinny ass people on that sally struthers christian feed the kids thing and they all have pot bellies. Oh ya like the bros said clean diet cardio and some mini thins!j/k bro good luck!

maybe your holding water on your belly. it happens to some people. but once u get off it should get back to normal size. Maybe your diet is out there too. Maybe bulking up? cause you might have slowed your thyroid due to your past drug habit. So metabolism is slow. watch what you eat. and keep lifting. hope you reach your goals.
