once you've been on your cycle for a few weeks, then it would be another reason for your body to be tired... for example, if you workout hard and have frequent routine:
1. if you don't eat enough, you may be tired...
2. if you don't get enough deep sleep you may be tired...
3. over train can cause frequent exhaustion...
4. vitamin and mineral deficiency can cause exhaustion... (B12 is a good booster for strengh and energy, 500mcg daily)
5. snorting coke for three days in a row will cause that too...
Guys, let me know if i've left anything out...

frank frank - when im on dbols i get deleriously tiered. ill work out, then go home and be too tiered to even eat. ill watch tv, then fall asleep sitting up like a 90 year old. then i get this warm feeling across my whole body. kinda like im hitting rem within the first 5 minutes of sleeping.... VERY strange....

Too much sleep can make u even more tired as well. I know from a few class's I took that you shouldn't sleep too much. If you don't get a nice solid (deep as stated above)sleep your not rested as you should be. It takes a few stages to get into that deep sleep, when you dream it is one of the first and easiest one to get awakened, then you just get deeper till you don't dream, your brain is shutting down for it's rest. You need that sleep to let your body recuperate from the day. just try and make sure you don't sleep for 12 hours a day or else your drowsy all day, and also make sure you get enough sleep too, usually at least a solid 7. Also a good nap during the day will help rejuvinat you. If you sit around feeling tired alot and try to nap, that will be bad for you too, just try and stay busy and when your really tired get your nap in.
