Was thinking of using eq and sten for my first cycle....do i need nolvadex or not?????and how much should i take?

Always have nolvadex . Some use it from the begining (me!) But most stick to the "if they feel sore, itchy, or puffy", then start the nolva. I'd get a 100 pill bottle, most likely 10mg pills. That gives you plenty. You have your clomid, right?

Yep, and you'll probably need 400mg of EQ per week and at least 4 amps of sten per week...

What kind EQ are you getting?


And if your nipples get sore use it at 40mg until symptoms dissapear, then 10mg for the rest.
