    im in SERIOUS PAIN

Well yesterday was my first ever shot of Prop @ 100mgs (GTL) and i also took 250 mgs of Tren Ent in my delt..... the pain was bad yesterday but last night trying to sleep - it was unbearable. I dont think i got more than 2 hrs of sleep. I cant move my arm without pain,... and could barely put on my T shirt this morning. What should i do??????????????? Is the tren causing pain too???

You get used to the BA after awhile but prop is usually painful for most.
You can try cutting each shot with a half cc of B12.
