for my b 12 shots,i cant inject with my left hand, am i going to get a lot of scar tissue from only using my right glute, and both quads, i cant reach my delt very good, so should i just rotate the three spots, or what should i do?

depends how thick your pecs are. I go in all the way with a one inch, about an inch above my nipple, but more to the inside.

i have a real thick chest and back i think i am like 48 inches around my chest, not to sure, but i think that is what it was, i got measured for a suit. so 1 inch is good?

yep. The outter side of the chest is more painful than the inner in my experience. There's not really much pain per se, more just discomfort if you shoot too close to the outside, or too high up.

I don't think u can develop scar tissue from b-12, but who knows, at least try with your left hand and in time hopefully u will be accustomed to using your weak hand...

i didnt think so either, but i injected 4 days in a row in my right glute, i had a tough time injecting, i really had to push kind of hard, harder than normal, i use 25 x 1 guage, i ordered some slin pins so i will switch when i get them, i am just a little nervous using my left hand

use your right hand to stab yourself,then hold the needle firmly and push the plunger against the wall. that's how i do it when my girl isn't home.
