Clen cramping
What do you do about clen cramping. I was getting cramps in my forearms and biceps real bad like scary bad, I jumped off them and it went away. I know to drink alot of water but what else can help. I have heard magnesium and potassium but anything else. I take in alot of vitamins everday as well, 1 super pack and vit c and e twice a day on top of that.
Thanks

You should intake around 3 to 5 grams of Taurine a day. I was cramping horribly in my abs and tri's until I used this.

I got cramps so bad in my hands I couldn't open them. I started increasing the vit. E, potassium and calcium, and started drinking 2 gallons of water. a lot of work so I switched to the good ol ECA and I have seen much better results with ECA than clen hands down.
