this is my first time inejecting and i have purchased deca and prop. can some please give me some info on how to take them and if it is safe to take the two together?

Yes you can take both.....you need to inject prop everyday or every other day....with deca it is better to run a longer test ester, like Enanthate or Cypionate ....

this is your first cycle so i would hold off on the deca , besides prop/deca is not a good combo together. If you can do ED or EOD injections then you can run prop no problem. I would run it like this

wk 1-10 60-75mg ED
nolva 10mg ed
start pct 3 days after last prop shot
