Help - I think cynomel shut me down
I did 6 weeks cynomel, 2 weeks @ 1 tab/ day, 2 wks @ 2 tabs/ day, 1 wk 3 tabs/ day, 1 wk @ 1 tab/ day. I dropped a few lbs fat while on it, and have continued cardio since coming off, but I have noticed my midsection thickening up again - stating to get the handles back, etc. AND i find myself getting tired more, like in the middle of the day - Im currently off cycle, and thought it may be estrogen related, but I haven't had this problem before. It was my 1st go with the thyroid stuff, and now Im nervous - any input? Think its likely/possible that I screwed up my thyroid output, or what?

Did you run any thyroid PCT? Did you run any support supplements? Did you know it's not a good idea to run it more than 7 days straight?

Read my post on what you should do. At the end it has a shocking revelation that goes against what youve done. Beginners should go either at 100mcgs or 125mcgs max to estimate their tolerance, OR do the 7,5 mallet cycle.
All is posted on this thread im giving you now.
Also , search the boards for (VERY important for recovering, which you obviously didnt do, yet is included in my thread anyway, thyroid post cycle therapy )

Hope this helps

AND WHAT WAS THAT...A *FEW* POUNDS DOESNT SEEM LIKE YOU KNEW WHAT TO DO...6 WEEKS IS A LOT TO BE DEDICATED TO CARDIO DIET AND T3 SHOULD YIELD IMPRESSIVE RESULTS...BUT YOU SHOULDNT BE RUNNING IT THAT LONG. READ UP ON THE EDUCATIONAL BOARD TOO, THERES A THREAD FOR T3 NEWBIES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING IT THAT LONG, DO SOME POST CYCLE THERAPY IN THE LEAST.

Even though I personally believe that it's next to impossible to completely shut down your thyroid, by monitoring your temp it should've tipped you off that you needed supports.....What was your temp coming off and throughout, and at the start?
