    Surgery and Fina

    I plan to start my cycle mid-July. Now, I have had 3 knee surgeries in the past 6 months and I no longer have cartilage in my right knee. Will gear have any affect on my knee, whether it be stiffness or pain or anything else? I plan on injecting in that quad as well, is any of this a bad idea? Thanks for the info...

    i dont think the gear will have any affect on your knee, but doing legs will !

    Be cautious and conservative- but fina shouldnt have a bad effect on the knee or its healing process. However you do not want to put yourself behind the curve and get back hard core and juiced up then reinjure youself.
