    whats the difference between human b12 and animal b12

    is animal b12 safe to use? or is it wise to try and find the human b12?

    Is B-Complex pills good enough. I can only find animal b-12 for injections

    The pills suck not worth it. And, Yes vet b-12 is fine to inject.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
