    rubber elastic band thing

Hey, im looking for this rubber type thing that I could use to work out my neck. It goes around your head then you just cock it to one side. I saw a guy using it at my gym, and it seems like a great way to work ur neck. let me know what there called so I can get one on ebay. thanks

i have never heard of that, but i have what looks like a head harness, and there is a long chain that you load the weights on. it isn't meant for side to side though, just an up and down motion. i got it from olimpia sports i think.

Why don't you just ask the guy at the gym what its called. Then report back to us. Thats a good idea I need to de-neck my neck. That no-neck look is intimidating as hell.

Its called a head harness. Used to work neck & trap muscells. Personally ,I think its a waste. The possibilty of injury ie too much weight strap on outweighs its usefullness. Unless you were in a accident which required a neck brace . Then you may need it intially
