I had a friend in college from BumFu**, Louisiana. He had 5gallon containers of water and dirt in his dormroom that he used to workout with. We used to tease him a bit. Not too much cause he was pretty thick....So, 'homemade' equipment must have worked for him. Where there's a will, there's a way.

well its clear you are trying to cut. right? You could do pull-ups, push ups. crunches, iso-tension exercises, rope. How long have you been working out? Can't you find alternatives? If not, best to stop till you know what you are doing...

why wouldnt you be allowed to go to the gym? because of the lawsuit? if your worried that they will see you being active when your supposed to be hurt, then they can just as easily watch u do things at your house... .. i agreee with jmp and just drop it start pct and wait...

save your gear, start pct. and go find some test prop.

If you're suing for an injury that isn't real I would drop the law suit and continue training. Thats just sleezy bro.
