    Lower back pains?

    hey bros my lower back has been killing me i stopped dbol 2 weeks ago it still kinda hurts do you think its from all the protein i eat or just not stretching properly before workout??? help me out fellas

    Probably still some of the dbol ... or not enough water.. How much water are you drinking a day? And if you just finished Dbol are you in PCT right now?

    not pct for the dbol im gonna buy sum liv 52...im drinking about a gallon of water a day

    ...lower back pumps....the very reason i dont think ill ever take them again. it should go away in the next few days

    yea it'll go away soon. but i would still drink an excessive amount of water for the time being to try and flush out your kidneys
