I estimate around 120mcg... I ordered it from Lion Nutrition and its the spray kind... I remember reading that its 20mcg per spray and i took 6... same amount I was taking 2 weeks ago... i need to go to sleep or something... feels like my heart is going a little fast

I got taurine at 3g/day for cramps... had cramps the first day i took it a couple weeks ago and started taking taurine, nothing since... but that cramp was HORRIBLE! I was at the gym and my calves just locked up and i fell on the ground writhing in pain for about 3 minutes.

what flavor do you ahve? I just started my clen again today .. the fruit punch flavor.. I took 60 mcgs and im very light headed.. hands are starting to shake..

I know its pretty good stuff.... I saw IBE has it a lot cheaper than lion, i was pissed i didnt look around before i ordered it. Fruit punch is the shiznit!!

oh and for the pump.. scrap it.. go to the drug store and buy a small dropper that measures 1 ml..

Yep sucks she taken huh, but Colds a pretty big dude. Be careful. I got headaches real bad last time. And the only cramps I get or in my neck and shoulders, any time I yawn or sneeze. Isnt that a trip.

Lion's sprayer is 1/10th of a ml. So, you took 6/10ths of 120mcg which sounds high if your body lost tolerance for it.
