not sweating off of clen
I have all the typical sides, except I dont necessarily feel an increased body temp (i.e. sweats), not even a little. Just curious if anyone else has experienced, thats the side i was hoping for because that is what is usually associated with fat loss. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Keep an eye on your body temp. Clen will raise your temp about 1 degree. Nothing uncomfortable. When you notice your body temp not staying elevated it means the clen has become ineffective and you need a break. In about a week and a half or two you should be able to use the clen again with a raise in your body temp. I have taken clen before and I get the sweats from it.

well thats the thing im stil in my first week....no sweats,....i know it hasnt become ineffective and i know that the clen is legit....maybe im a non-responder?

u could try sweating to the oldies by richard simmons stack it with clen for a fat burning extravaganza
or maybe just up the dose of the clen

I'm on 60mcg right now and I just become a tad bit hot and get some shakes. I dont majorly sweat unless I'm at the gym.

One big thing I noticed, however, was NOT to take clen before cardio, it really messes with your breathing.

On the clen before Cardio issue...
Depends on the sides you experience. I don't get the breathing problems during cardio.. but after.I usually hit 3ml(75mcg) before training... and another 3ml before cardio (i usually do my cardio directly after weight-training).At 200mcg.. breathing's a little harder later in the day

I suggest that you get the dosage up to at least 150mcgs and then come back here and tell us if the sweating started.Don't think we can advise you before you're at a praticle dosage.BTW i don't 'ramp' up persay. I start at 100mcg.
