tight chest- urge to take deep-- breath please read

Not on right now- and have only dabbled in AS lightly over the past 18 months or so. Just started cell tech and for 2 days I have had shortness of breath---well, not really shortness of breath but just the urge to take in a deep one every 10 secs or so. Tight feeling in chest. So of course I am thinking I am dying but I am hoping someone has had the same on supplements or maybe I just strained something lifting heavy?

Try the supplement forum for your supplement questions. That's probably why no one has any good input. This is the steroid forum.

Possibly it's the chest muscle. I get muscle aches in my chest all the time...freaks me out. My mind can work overtime after a chest workout.

CellTech is creatine right? Maybe you're holding water. I was once told that you can hold water around the heart from creatine. I wish I knew where that tidbit of info came from.

oh man so ironic you brought this up, i just finished a massive chest workout and my chest is so pumped and "filled up" i feel like its gonna pop, its so stretched to the maximum especially when i take breaths, its almost scary, and it was messing with my breathing. As i calmed down from the workout it mellowed out nice, still a great pump but not as scary lol

but at the same time i love it

dont know abput the creatine i suppose it contributed to your pump- im sure in my case its the AS, likely the EQ. i heard about the massive pumps and now im feelin them big time, wow

I have had on occassion really bad pain that happen right in the center of your chest in heart area and I have had that pain wake me up at night and feel like an honest to goodness heart attack. I had it checked out and turned out to be a hiatal hernia. Its a hernia of the esphogus (connects throat to stomach). Of all things turns out one of the rarely used treatment options that works well but only used for men is the use of anabolic steroids . Actually since I have done a couple steroid cycles, the pains have reduced in frequency and severity quite a bit.
