prop/fina
starting in august im am going to be taking
wk1-12 test prop
wk1-10 homebrew fina
what kind of calorie intake would i need to put on good size. i have heard you can cut up or and lean mass with this cycle. any suggestions?

What are your goals for the cycle........ With that cycle it would be easier to cut with the Prop........ If you are looking to bulk then cyp or enan would be better.

Im on that now, but like the Mud said "what are your goals". Im assumming you want mass as you stated size.. I have not gained much but Have lost 4%BF. That is my primary goal...

i should prolly try to cut up a bit. i have a large frame. but i have a large belly also(not like a beer gut or anything, its just full i guess you could say. it matches my frame.

sounds like me. Im not eating crazy,in fact im only consumming around 2500 kcal/day. This morning as my wife & I was going to the gym for cardio/abs only (I do split, pm is lifting) she said you look smaller??? The fact is I have NOT lost muscell but fat noticeable around the love handles(obliques). The belly will follow after the sides go down. After 4 wks im down 4% bf. My last 2 wks (8 wk cycle, maybe 9 test-p only) I plan on bumbing my intake of protein by 20%.
