i don't think u can get in any legal trouble for things like that... somebody correct me if im wrong but there is some kind of legal loop hole that says it's legal for research purposes!

That would probally be true if it was actually being delivered to research facility.
I know of a case where a guy was stoped at a traffic stop and they found prozac in his car. The cops charged him with possesion of a controled substance. He plea bargined down to a petty Majuiana charge.

Ancillaries sold on research sites are not prescribed but sold for research purposes only.

I think its very very sketchy... I want to call a courthouse and ask... I also want to ask them what the law is on buying syringes and posessing them in my state.

I get that but under the pretense that it is going to a person that is performing research. Lets say the cops in my town that know me catches me with this stuff, they know dang well that im not performing research.
I have always wondered about the syringe thing myself. In my state they are considered drug parafinalia. But you could always tell them that you use them for Pump-n-pose oil. I would probally get charged for them.

Most liquid products are non-controlled medications and you won't be arrested for it. Waste of time since its a misdemeanor at most

Yes you can, but the laws aren't too tough on stuff like that.

It is illegal to possess the research ancils without being a researcher, but I don't think the feds care that much, at least at this point. Have you ever heard of anyone getting arrested for research ancils? I haven't.
