OBTAINING NEEDLES: Current Laws (as of May 2004) Listed by State

I responded to another post about insulin needles. While doing a bit of research on the topic, I came across this paper from John Hopkins and Georgetown Universities. It summarizes--in chart form--the current laws (as of May 2004)that affect legal needle/syringe access to drug users.

The paper is titled, "Lethal Injections: The Law, Science and Politics of Syringe Access for Injection Drug Users."
