seriously has anyone tried it or is it at all possible this is something i was discussing with a workout buddy and was just wondering if you could it seems like it would be verrrry painful though

to many veins and nerves back there. i wouldnt do it

Theres too many other easy injection sites to even think about sticking yourself in the hams. My favorites is the delts and buttocks.

I wouldn't do it personally. There are many other sites than can be hit before hams.

I would use bi's, traps, and lats, before I considered hams....wait a minute...I already do.

I am running out of places, and I don't want any part of hams, forearms, or calves!
