whats up all I hope this is the right forum, if not flame away I'm a fire man hopfully I can handle flames. My question is I have a serious energy problem since I got mono awhile back and I'm wondering if b-12 is my best route to fight fatigue or you guys know something better. I sleep good but wake up beat and if I have one more cup of coffee well you know. Anyways i want to get my energy under control cus I got 25 sust 20 primos, 20 eqs sitting in a shoe box calling me. please help seee ya

Do you exercise much? Lack of exercise can cause this type of fatigue. The b-12 will give you a kickstart, but eventually your body will get use to it. I would reccommend a good diet and some heavy cardio.

my diet suks but I'm getting it in to check now, cardio too. but even when they were both in check energy was in the gutter. doc says chronic fatigue syndrome but I dont believe in that s***.

b12 helps me ....how many hrs of sleep are you getting each night??

average 8 no less than 6 unless I'm on the rescue then who knows

Try the b-12 and definately get your diet in check...
