thanks brotha! To be honest I have only done one cycle of deca , and gained 12 lbs. But I had a descent build to work with (well i like to think so) My next cycle will be to bulk bulk bulk. I am going to run deca/test en/bol. I have the deca, nolva and clomid already, just need more money to buy the rest. lol.

thanks for all the positive remarks! The chicks dig the face lol! Call it post cycle satisfaction! And about the legs.............well as i have said b4 and for those who are new i busted up foot in half in march and still cannot train my legs. I have had a lot of muscle loss and currently go to rehab three times a week. Though i am going to work them in the next month or so, depending on the pain. Gotta take pain killers every now and then, so its still not 100%. But i'll keep u guys posted with pics!

alright I hear ya my man. Well I hope your recovery goes well. Looking good...PaPa's right you put some mass on and you gonna look huge- I gotta get a scanner so I can post before pics. Is there anyplace you can use a scanner so I don't gotta buy one?

Solid...there sure is. Go to Kinko's (copy store), and go the computer section and they will walk you through the steps to scan your pic, its only a couple bucks, you're in and outta there in less than 10 min.

I hate to blow sunshine up your ass FI, but if everything goes accoring to plan you are going to have a sick physique in a few mos. All you have to do is plumpen your existing muscles and you'll be money. Nice symmetry.

I hope you're working your legs too. Very important!

I agree - that is what I thought when looking at his structure. Muscle bellys are long and his frame is tight.

Everyone - posting your progress pictures is one of the best things you can do for this board and yourself. Make yourself post a pic every week of your cycle, whether you "feel" like you have made great progress that week or not. It would be great if we could generate a library of cycles and pictures to go with. We've all seen before and after pictures, but I've never seen weekly pictures of someone on a cycle.

You have a good frame to add some muscle on. Eat right, train hard and and you will be a big motherfucker.

Same as everybody else. Your genetics are sweet! Your frame is screaming to have more muscle throne on it. Your bodyfat is nice and low, and symmetry is good.

You should just bulk like a son-of-a-bitch this winter! Save your money and put a nice cycle together. Last thing...my shoulders and traps are my best body part so I always look for that. I dig the fact that you have a little striation in your traps.

Tell your parents, "thanks for the genetics!"
