sust?or deca ?with my winny?

i have plenty of winny around 57 amps 50 ml .what i want to know is what would be better for a cutting cycle 400 ml of norma deca for eight weeks ? or sust 500 ml a week for 8 weeks .and when should i start my winney before then start my deca or sust? in the middel of the of winney i relly could use the advice thanks

i took deca 200 and 35 d bol ed for 8 weeks i want to know if this time 400 of deca will get better gains with the winstrol or the sust 500 cut me up better
