I dont realy understand.....how could arnold take AS when he was 14 and be 6'2"????????????????????????????????

Arnold was and is not 6'2. I have met him in person and hes alot shorter than i am. Im 6'3.....its just like any other sport its heavily exaggerated

I stood right next to Arnold, less then a week ago, and he is NOT 6'2" tall more like 5"11 maybe..

i've always wondered what the stacks were back then for reg park , sergio , arnie ......... i mean these men trained on a 6 on / 1 off routine , trainin each part twice a week yet the gear they used was much less than even some of the members here , yet when you compare a guy like sergio to say king kamali , titus etc...sergio looks much better , yet today we say they overtrained.....damn i'm confused....anyway arnie slightly over 6 feet....
