    Exclamation help me guys

    well im not having any luck yet...

    im running a 12week cycle, 20mg nolvadex everyday and in the pct...I was wondering how much proviron i need to take, do i need it during the cycle or just in the pct?

    I think you shoud be fine with 10 mg a day!

    IMO; Take 10mg nolva & 25mg proviron ED throughout the cycle...At PCT time, stop the proviron & up the nolva to 20mg ED along with other highly recommended ancilliaries...Good luck Bro...

    Well in that case...I would use a stronger AI than proviron such as arimidex & have enough nolvadex for a potencial 2-3 weeks @ 80mg ED if gyno rears its ugly head.
