nolva/provi w/o meal? ; water retention low

can i take nolvadex and proviron and clomid on an empty stomach or should i take it after a meal?

a cycle like this
wk 1-10 test ent 400mg/wk
wk 1-11 nolva 10mg/dy
wk 12-15 clomid (dy1, dy2-11, dy12-21)
wk 12-15 nolva 20mg/dy

1* will the nolva alone keep my water retention low?
2* or i should take proviron 25mg/dy wk1-10 to keep it low?

wk 1-10 test ent 400mg/wk (but if u have 250mg/ml just shoot 250mg e4d, that will be 450-460mg/wk)
wk 1-12 nolva 10mg/dy
wk 1-12 proviron 50mg/dy
wk 13-15 clomid (dy1, dy2-11, dy12-21)
wk 13-15 nolva 20mg/dy
note that pct starts 2 wks after your last test enanth inj. so if u finish your test on wk 10, then u have to wait 2 wks (11 and 12) adn only after that u start your pct (wk 13-14 and 15).
proviron is best if used @ 50mg ed... and im sure about it coz i wanted to use it too @ 25mg ed but all the expert here told me to go with 50!

Farby laid the cycle out very well for you..... and def go with 50mg of Proviron ED.

Nolva will keep bloat down but doesn't work as well as an AI like l-dex, femeral, proviron.......... Use both nolva and an AI and you are set...... and the water should be minimal.

if i were u though ,i would start the ( 50mgs proviron+10 mgs of nolva )/day a week prior of the week i start the test........a very wise and usefull trick mudman always proposes.

i split prov e12hrs (morning - evening) and take nolva before bed.
dont think it makes difference if with or without meals!
check this "variant" if u like. this is for "not patient" (i hope this is the correct word in english... i mean people that cannot wait for something to happen) people like me and lots of us:

!!!wk 1-4 prop 75mg ed or 150 eod --> this will make your cycle "start" (kickin) sooner!!!
wk 1-10 test ent 400-450mg/wk
!!!wk 11-12 prop (same as 1-4)!!!
wk 1-12 nolva 10mg/dy
wk 1-12 proviron 50mg/dy
wk 13-15 clomid (dy1, dy2-11, dy12-21)

i did a test/dbol cycle as first cycle but if i could do it again, id go with this one...
