me experience leads me to beleive to use Eph as part of PCT. It's a great booster/pick me upper and said to have anti-catabolic properties.

Use part of PCT.

I eat ephedrine like m&ms with heavy juice cycles, Ive never had any problems.But I've been abusing the stuff for years.Take it early otherwise you may end up staring at the ceiling all night long.

You can use them together, but you should watch your bp like a hawk and don't overdue it.
