in about a week my clen and Ketotifen should arrive if it doesnt get jacked at the border my question to you guys is while im taking clen I am going to use 2mg of keto every day so heres my questions:

1) when should I start the Keto... Before.... After.... Same Time?
2) how long could I use it I was thinking about 8 weeks straight?

1. Take it the same time or before bed time. ketotifin can make you sleepy. Use anywhere from 3 to 5mg ED.

2. 8 weeks is fine to go.... Ketotifin will allow you to run clen or eca without down regulateing your bata 2 receptors.... so you could run it as long as you like.
