    weed kills motivation and de-prioritize everything....i.e. it clouds your mind...so if u need mental clarity and motivation to achieve your goals...you know wat to do......Iv also read some studies about weed reducing your natural test production in your system which can also lead to gyno....this fact may or may not be true but its your judgement call....by the way if u think Im so anti-pot...I was a chronic for almost 10 years....I quit 3 months ago and I feel like Im on cloud 9.....just my .02 cents

    I've smoked while on cycle and I've also abstained from smoking while on cycle. Didn't notice any difference at all whatsoever. In my opinion, smoking weed has no direct positive nor negative effect on your gains. If anything, it's helped increase my appetite after an intense workout (I usually have zero appetite after working out.)

    Just wait until after all workouts are done, its hour or two before bed and you will be fine. I smoke a little big every other day and no detriment, nothing nearly as bad as having a beer will do to ya.

    i havent read all 45 posts on this, so sorry if someone already said this.

    One of the chemicals (Delta-9 has not been proven) in marijuana causes gynecomastia . I would assume that if you are gyno prone or at a minimum estrogen sensitive you may be at a higher risk of getting boobs. Watch your anti-E's.

    So does this chemical cause gyno by raising estrogen levels, as most people assume with marijuana, or through some other route? You don't happen to have a link to something I could read on this do you?

    actually im not 100% sure about your question. I think that it is caused by some other route, probably by some agonistic property at the estrogen receptor site. much the same as soy would. Im not sure about that though; i have some resorces available too look it up...i'll relay what i find out.

    Smoking does'nt raise estrogen, and only slightly lowers test(your using synth test anyway) Atleast your not drinking, drinking while using an oral steroid is a HUGE no no. Kiss that liver good bye.(you only got one)

    IMO; weed does have some kind of estrogenic effect on ya...but then you get into sensitivity issues & how much you are taking in. More than once or twice a week & it would become a negative thing;IMO. Moderation is the key & sometimes difficult to achieve. You must have disipline...which is a character that can be trained & improved through practice. Just my 02...party on.

    That's what I would have thought if I had to guess. I appreciate you looking for that info for me. Let me know if you can find something worth reading.

    seriously, i smoke only after my PWO shakeand its pretty rare that i smoke on other occasion. it boost your hunger like crazy and honestly i smoke weed after my workout only for that caracterisitc.

    i use it like i use AAS, for the positive effects on my training. i dont think everyone is "F-up" because they toke some buds... dont put everyone in the same bag please....

    im a smoker for life....and i toke before the gym and workout like a madman....u can use the hunger to your benefit, just eat clean
