How long between cycles?

After PCT, how long does it take for my hormones to be at the levels they were before the cycle. How long after pct, would anyone recommend waiting before starting another cycle. Cycle includes test, deca and winny and was 10 weeks long.

so say if i was on for 10 weeks vs. 4 weeks of pct and 6 weeks of totally clean (except for a little protein and other legal supplimments) = 10 weeks??

The time off starts on the last day of PCT and is for as long as you were on cycle plus PCT. 12 week cycle + 4 week PCT = 16 weeks before starting another cycle.
