40 mg of d-bol ED
Just woundering how some of you guys take your d-bol,2 5mg tabs spaced out 4 times throughout the day or 1 ,5mg tab 8 times a day? (spaced evenly)

IF I was you , i would up it to 45mg a day and take 3 pills about every 4 hours...

3 times a day is good enough. The half-life of dbol isn't that short.

5mg 8 times daily . dboll half life is to short for just hitting it about 4 hours

40mg is a bit much imo, if it is your first time bro you should make good progress of 25mg ed(abstraining on weekends) at 5 weeks no more than 6 is what i recommend

I think 50mgs a day is the way to go with Dbol . Like skin said 45mgs split up into three doses would be perfect.

ok im lost im wanting to take 30mg a day for 4 weeks at beginning of my cycle. Should i take them every 3 hours? Does it matter if i take them before workout or after. First thing in the morning afternoon or what????????

I go 50mg ED. Not newbie. 25mg In midmorning and 25mg 1 hour or two before working out.

Just take 5mg every 3-4 hours. Waste taking all of them at once. That's when you get your sides bro.

im not sure if i do it right, but I take mine six times a day every four hours ( at 6.25mg each time)

Bro i did a course of d-bol i had 100 pink ones and i spaced them out over 6 weeks, the first couple of weeks i took only 3 a day and spaced them out with the last one being 1.5 hours before my workout. I then took 4 every day for the rest of the time until i hit the sixth week, my gains were big..i went from 85kg to 97kg and once the water retention was gone i sat on a steady 94kg. I took sat and sun off i did not take any on those days. Trust me bro you dont need much of d-bol to get good gains 15 - 20mg a day is plenty!

check out my thread on dbol and susp in the morning. it talks about taking bdol in the morning and letting the half life wear down so you can still acess natural tests levels in the first hours of your sleep.. im still doing research on what side effects should be accounted for.
