    qv deca 300

    i have 2 10ml vials of deca qv 300, both boxs where shrink wraped with the hollgrams batch and lot #s match up on thery web site, the vlip off lid is red with qv in white, but the blue ink on the bottle smeras off easly, when i pull the hollgram off theres smalls dots behind it. is this normal?
